Department of English
The Department of English was established in July 1992–93. The department offers Compulsory English at the undergraduate level for B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. programmes.
In the academic year 2025–26, the total strength of F.Y. students was 298, while the strength of S.Y. students was 153. The department encourages students to participate in various academic and co-curricular activities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The department has one faculty member, Dr. Ranvirkar Sangeeta Ganpatrao, who is working as the Head of the Department and Associate Professor. She was appointed on 2nd December 1998.
