Rashtriya-Ratna and senior leader Bhai Laxmanraoji Golegaonkar established Shri Baliraja Shikshan Sanstha Someshwar in 1978 with their iconic motto ‘Eida Pida Jau De Balicha Rajya Yeu De’ to provide best educational facilities to the rural students of Parbhani district. Through this institute, Madhavrao Patil Art’s, Commerce & Science College was established in the year 1993 with the aim to give higher education to children’s of poor farmers, laborers and economical backward class. College has completed its period of three decades, during this period, College has provided higher education to thousands of students so that they should able to lead a dignified life and these efforts of college are truly admirable.

All the teaching staff in this college is highly qualified and their knowledge and research is useful to the students and society, their knowledge and research is useful to bring satisfaction among the students. This college has become a center for educational, social and cultural work place. The college has made a good progress by creating its own identity in academics and research in a short extent. Stable self introspective helped us to develop our lacunae and to make stronger the core principles of higher education.
